Policy and conditions

In order to guarantee your reservation, the hotel will make the payment for the amount of 70% of your stay plus the applicable VAT amount, at the time of your reservation, your credit card will be charged.

This reservation allows changes, modifications or cancellations, provided they are requested thirty (30) days prior to the date of the guest's Check In, until four in the afternoon (4:00 p.m.) on the day that the aforementioned period expires. In case of declined cards your reservation will be canceled without notice. If you do not comply with the required thirty (30) day advance notice, for changes or cancellations, there will be NO refund of the fee of 70%.

Guaranteed reservations through Company Letters or Travel Agency Vouchers, must have approved credit in Central Park Tulum. If you do not have one, you must provide a credit card guarantee and check the conditions of the rate you are booking.

Payment by credit card form: In this case, the form must clearly specify the consumption that is covering and must contain: the cardholder's signature, photocopy of your ID or passport or any other identification document valid in the hotel's opinion and credit card on both sides indicating the security code.

Reservations without guarantee: They will be kept in system for twenty-four (24) hours from the moment the reservation is made. These reservations will be automatically canceled from the system, if no guarantee is received after the aforementioned period.
